In 2019, the Public Transport of the Troyes Metropolitan Area (TCAT) acquired 3 CNG buses from the IVECO brand to begin their trial phase. The experiment was successful, as TCAT plans the delivery of 15 additional buses with the goal of reaching 50% of the urban bus fleet powered by CNG\/BioCNG by the end of 2025. Essential to the development of this decarbonized transport project, the Troyes M\u00e9tropole decided to install a CNG refueling station at its bus depot in collaboration with Gaseo D\u00e9veloppement, a provider of CNG solutions.<\/p>\n<p>As a partner of Gaseo Developpement for the supply of turnkey<strong> CNG\/BioCNG private refueling station solutions<\/strong>, Blocalps designed and <strong>manufactured a custom station<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/en\/product\/evobloc\/\">EVOBLOC<\/a> (bio)CNG 79.5 Nm\u00b3\/h model, with dimensions L 9m x W 2.2m x H 2.6m.<\/p>\n<p>With its containerized configuration, this<strong> CNG service station<\/strong> consists of 3 modules housing 2 compressors and 40 storage cylinders, offering real logistical convenience thanks to a mixed refueling system: fast for daytime gas refills of buses and slow for overnight refills.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to be a scalable BioCNG storage and distribution solution, additional modules can easily be added to the existing setup in anticipation of the fleet expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the insulated container provides mechanical and thermal protection for the equipment, thanks to the use of technical materials, making it a durable distribution solution:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cladding made of insulated panels<\/li>\n<li>Galvanized steel frame<\/li>\n<li>Insulated panels guaranteed for 10 years<\/li>\n<li>Angle cladding made of lacquered sheet metal for a refined finish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-842\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/livraison-station-privative-BioGNV-autocar-small-300x161.jpg\" alt=\"Livraison Station Privative BioGNV Autocar Small\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/livraison-station-privative-BioGNV-autocar-small-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/livraison-station-privative-BioGNV-autocar-small.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Compact and delivered turnkey, the <strong>GNV\/BioNGV station<\/strong> was brought into service by Gaseo D\u00e9veloppement within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>This collaborative project is a great example of advancing the energy transition!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1829,"template":"","secteurs_activites":[33,36],"page_produit":[],"class_list":["post-2001","cas-client","type-cas-client","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","secteurs_activites-marches-publics-en","secteurs_activites-transport-en"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 5.0.0.1 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"As part of the Energy Transition Law, the Troyes community (french community under Paris) chose CNG for its urban buses.
