Specialized for over 50 years in public works, Decarroux operates in the construction and maintenance of public and private infrastructures (roads, industrial platforms, earthworks, etc.) as well as in on-site transport. The company has a fleet of about fifty construction machines and vehicles, making fuel refueling a significant burden in terms of budget, time, and logistics.<\/p>\n

The client\u2019s request was to have a private service station allowing them to refuel their fleet on-site with full autonomy, but more importantly, to simultaneously refuel multiple vehicles. An above-ground service station<\/strong> was the obvious solution to address both challenges, while also avoiding the substantial civil engineering costs associated with a traditional underground station.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"HOW DOES BLOCALPS MEET THIS NEED?\"<\/h3>\n

With a large storage capacity of up to 100,000 liters, the solution chosen was the EUROBOX <\/a>containerized service station.<\/strong> With a volume of 30,000 liters, it offers multi-product fuel management: Diesel: 10,000L,\u00a0GNR (Non-Road Diesel): 20,000L, AdBlue: 3,000L<\/p>\n

To address space constraints on-site, our design office created a custom external structure with a through distribution cabin, ensuring a dual refueling lane for simultaneous\"\"<\/em> fueling. Lane 1: Three fuel dispensers (Diesel, AdBlue, and GNR) for trucks. Lane 2: One GNR dispenser for construction machinery.<\/p>\n

For the exterior finish, the module features a ribbed pre-lacquered galvanized steel cover, including the corners and parapets. The roof is equipped with a rainwater drainage system to protect the tank and dispenser from bad weather (10-year anti-corrosion guarantee on the cladding). The station\u2019s distribution<\/strong> cabin is secured with two rolling shutters.<\/p>\n

The Extra Touch: A custom color was chosen to blend perfectly with the site\u2019s environment.<\/p>\n

To control fuel consumption, the EUROBOX service station<\/strong> integrates a multi-user fuel management system.<\/strong><\/p>\n
