To optimize its time management model, MITHIEUX TP identified an area for improvement: internalizing the refueling of AdBlue<\/strong> for all Euro 6-compliant engines. Being corrosive to certain metals, AdBlue must only come into contact with stainless steel and plastic materials. Additionally, it is highly sensitive to contamination by foreign substances and contact with certain materials. This is why it is essential to store it in a dedicated AdBlue tank.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To solve this issue, MITHIEUX TP relied on our expertise as a designer and manufacturer of above-ground fuel storage solutions and chose our MOBIBLUE solution<\/strong><\/a>, a construction site container dedicated to AdBlue storage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Designed to be stored on construction sites while meeting environmental constraints, this AdBlue tank consists of a single-piece unit, including an insulated storage tank covered with reinforced steel sheeting, resistant to harsh environments. Equipped with an internal HDPE lining, this AdBlue storage tank<\/strong> features a spill-proof vent with an automatic shut-off system to prevent any risk of pollution in case of a fall.<\/p>\n

To ensure easy transport, this above-ground tank<\/strong>, equipped with four standard lifting rings, has been specially reinforced to allow secure attachment with a bulldozer blade. Selected for its large 1,000-liter capacity<\/strong>, this compact and reliable system allows for easy refueling of all types of machinery directly on-site. Fuel distribution is handled by a manual pump or a 12\/24\/220 Volt pump.<\/p>\n
