ICPE Classification principles for your Service Station:<\/h2>\n
\n- Registration: designed as a simplified authorization for sectors where technical measures to prevent inconveniences are well-known and standardized. This regime was introduced by Ordinance No. 2009-663 of June 11, 2009, and implemented by provisions published in the Official Journal on April 14, 2010.
\n- Authorization: for installations presenting the highest risks or pollution. The operator must apply for authorization before commissioning, demonstrating risk acceptability.
