To meet these needs, BLOCALPS, an expert in containerized fuel and industrial fluid storage solutions<\/strong>, designed and deployed a customized installation in collaboration with its partner AIP.<\/strong><\/p>\n The project resulted in the installation of two EUROBOX<\/a>-type storage stations, enabling multiple fluids to be stored within a single container<\/strong> while ensuring product separation and controlled flow management.<\/p>\n The first station, with a capacity of 20 m\u00b3, includes four separate compartments dedicated to diesel, engine oil, bio-oil, and transmission oil. The second, with a capacity of 70 m\u00b3, is configured with two compartments for storing hydraulic oil and non-road diesel (GNR).<\/p>\n A design tailored to ICPE requirements and fire safety<\/strong><\/p>\n As an ICPE-classified<\/strong> site, the facility must comply with strict safety and environmental protection regulations. With full expertise in fluid engineering and complete capabilities to integrate industrial processes into containers, BLOCALPS designed customized containerized stations featuring<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Unlike the previous tanks, critical components are housed within a closed, fire-rated module, and a secured cabin with a lockable curtain provides access to the core fluid circulation system.<\/p>\n \n A station designed for industrial operations<\/strong><\/p>\n Access to equipment inside the container has also been optimized, with the integration of a caged ladder, an access platform, and a manhole, ensuring safe and easy maintenance operations.<\/p>\n A multi-fluid storage solution with immediate benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n The installation of these two EUROBOX stations was carried out quickly. The site now benefits from a secure multi-fluid storage solution<\/strong>, fully compliant with ICPE requirements and adapted to its space constraints.
