{"id":2037,"date":"2024-02-06T10:45:12","date_gmt":"2024-02-06T09:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/?p=2037"},"modified":"2025-02-04T12:07:41","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T11:07:41","slug":"blocalps-obtains-csr-certification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stockagecarburant.com\/en\/blocalps-obtains-csr-certification\/","title":{"rendered":"Blocalps obtains CSR certification."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In recent years, Blocalps has integrated a comprehensive <strong>Corporate Social Responsibility<\/strong> (CSR) approach into its corporate strategy, aiming to generate a positive impact on society.<\/p>\n<p>Before formalizing our<strong> CSR commitment<\/strong> in 2023, we had already initiated actions focused on social and environmental issues, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mobility Day to raise awareness of sustainable commuting options for home-to-work journeys.<\/li>\n<li>Neighborhood gatherings to improve cohesion among businesses in the area, in collaboration with Mobilit\u00e9s GRAND LAC to enhance transportation options.<\/li>\n<li>Energy diagnostics, including automatic lighting, heating, and insulation improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Waste sorting initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guided by the pragmatic <strong>approach<\/strong> of the <strong>UIMM<\/strong>, we were supported in evaluating our CSR practices, showcasing our existing initiatives, and identifying concrete actions to implement over time, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>70% of our suppliers are located in the Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes region.<\/li>\n<li>We work with local subcontracting partners.<\/li>\n<li>Some of our support functions are handled by shared employees via the EDS employer group.<\/li>\n<li>We participate in the UIMM Entrelacs Job Dating event.<\/li>\n<li>We are members of R\u00e9seau Entreprendre, Tenerdis, and ANGNV.<\/li>\n<li>We have greened our operations by offering BIOGNV storage and distribution solutions to our clients.<\/li>\n<li>Quality management processes in line with ISO 9001 standards.<\/li>\n<li>Process mapping covering management, production, and support, each with performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Job creation and sustainability, with 3 apprentices for 2023-2024 and 3 interns per year in engineering and quality roles.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly integration follow-ups for new employees during their first year.<\/li>\n<li>Annual salary adjustments based on the cost of living.<\/li>\n<li>Annual individual reviews and professional assessments every two years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following this audit, <strong>Blocalps<\/strong> obtained <strong>CSR certification<\/strong> under the FD E-01-100 normative framework, which is compatible with <strong>ISO 26000<\/strong>. This certification confirms the company\u2019s <strong>commitment<\/strong> to <strong>CSR<\/strong> based on five key criteria: governance and strategy, human resources, product\/market development, production and environmental impact, and the company's ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>CSR project management is handled internally by a group of volunteer employees responsible for developing and implementing a dedicated action plan with monitoring indicators. We have decided to maintain this CSR momentum and implement the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an anomaly report system.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal and customer satisfaction surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop student and professional training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a zero-accident rate.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a disability inclusion agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Launch a cigarette butt recycling initiative to create insulation materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>CSR commitment charter<\/strong> was officially presented to the company in December 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In recent years, Blocalps has integrated a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach into its corporate strategy, aiming to generate a positive impact on society.
