Strong Overall Satisfaction<\/h3>\n
Nearly 200 customer contacts<\/strong> participated in this first survey, which will now be conducted every two years. The overall satisfaction rate reached 84%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Customers describe BLOCALPS as a professional family-owned company<\/strong> that designs and manufactures custom containerized storage and distribution stations<\/strong>, with a strong focus on technical expertise and quality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \n Highly Satisfied Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n Overall, 74% of customers<\/strong> stated that they were satisfied<\/strong>, while 22%<\/strong> reported being very satisfied<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Customer satisfaction with our services is strong. However, we recognize that improvements are still needed regarding delivery times. While delivery deadlines were met in 90% of cases<\/strong>, some lead times were extended in 2022 due to supply chain delays affecting certain components and equipment.<\/p>\n It is important to note that the delivery schedule begins once the customer approves the design plans. Validation periods on the customer side can sometimes be lengthy, which consequently delays the start of manufacturing. Another factor identified was the timing of civil engineering works, which occasionally postponed the delivery of above-ground fuel stations.<\/p>\n To support our customers in their energy transition\u2014and particularly to help transport operators comply with Low Emission Zones (LEZs)<\/strong> from January 2024 (Crit\u2019Air 1 vehicles)\u2014we have expanded our activities into new mobility energy solutions.<\/p>\n As part of this strategy, we have designed and manufactured a CNG\/BioCNG fueling station<\/strong> with the unique advantage of being both scalable and easily relocatable. Our reseller partners are therefore seeking more information on this solution, as well as on hydrogen mobility<\/strong>, another key development area for BLOCALPS.<\/p>\n Building on these results, we are implementing action plans to further improve customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n We would like to thank all our customers who took the time to participate in this survey.
