When the ecological challenge becomes an economic solution in the mountains

Thanks to BLOCALPS, ski resorts are equipping themselves to reduce their ecological footprint and integrating a consumption management system for their vehicles. How do you offer a quality ski area despite the unpredictability of snowfall? This is the daily challenge faced by the numerous slope maintenance vehicles, which are increasingly efficient. To fuel them, the Praz-de-Lys Sommand resort has opted for the modular systems from BLOCALPS, a Savoyard expert in the design and manufacturing of above-ground fuel storage and distribution stations for over 70 years.

Following the installation of a multi-product service station EUROBOX, distributing gasoline, diesel and NRD. The latest models of snow groomers also require AdBlue to meet increasingly strict environmental standards. The solution? The dedicated AdBlue station, BLUEBOX.

And to go even further in respecting environmental issues, the management of the Praz-de-Lys Sommand resort has entrusted BLOCALPS with integrating a consumption management system into its above-ground service stations. In partnership with the fuel management software provider, BLOCALPS' engineering office designs the integration according to the operator's specific needs and requirements.
