Transdev STAO 44 commissions two HVO stations for more sustainable transport.

11 February 2026

As part of its energy transition strategy, Transdev STAO 44 is commissioning two private service stations dedicated to HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), a synthetic fuel that helps reduce the carbon footprint of bus fleets.

Designed to equip new vehicle depots, these installations enable centralized refueling with HVO and AdBlue, while ensuring ease of maintenance and operational safety.

Designed and manufactured by Blocalps in just three months, the mobile EUROBOX container stations offer a capacity of 50,000 liters of HVO and 5,000 liters of AdBlue. They are equipped with anti-intrusion systems, safety features (canopy, ladder, guardrails, water drainage gutters, etc.), and comply with current ICPE regulations.

This project was carried out in partnership with S2D – Société de Services et Distribution. Both stations have been operational since the end of January.
