At a time when energy prices are soaring, reducing energy expenditure costs has become a central concern for companies. Construction companies (TP) are particularly affected by the need to manage the fuel consumption of their construction machinery.
A solution implemented by AVET et FILS, a family-owned transport and construction company, is the installation of an above-ground service station with private fuel management at its new operations site. With a fleet of around sixty machines and vehicles, fuel refueling represents a significant expense.

Designed to facilitate the refueling of various vehicles, this private container service station is equipped with:
To manage fuel distribution and storage, a badge access system controls both the opening of the rolling shutter and the activation of fuel dispensing. The user-recognition management system provides better oversight of fuel consumption.
By analyzing the collected data, the company can implement preventive actions for energy savings when necessary (e.g., driver training on eco-driving, selecting specific vehicle brands, optimizing fuel supply management, etc.). An electric rolling shutter was chosen to secure the distribution cabin against theft and control access.
Finally, due to its custom design and manufacturing, the modular service station blends seamlessly into its surroundings. Here, access to the dispensing stations is from the front, and the station's color has been customized—the gutters and pre-lacquered corners feature a different RAL color than the light gray and dark gray panels.
