A major player in the construction materials sector in Belgium was facing changes in its operations, including the expansion of its fleet. It therefore needed to increase its fuel storage capacity while maintaining control over consumption.
A fixed underground solution or one that was difficult to relocate would not have been suitable. The client was therefore looking for a flexible, mobile, and secure station that could be integrated into its site without disrupting daily operations.
To meet these needs, Blocalps, together with its partner TELENARO, proposed a private EUROBOX container station — a solution combining safety, modularity, and intelligent management.
The transportable service station was designed to handle multiple fuel types, with a capacity of 24,000 liters of Diesel and 5,000 liters of AdBlue. All equipment is protected within a closed module, ensuring safety and durability thanks to a chassis and cladding panels guaranteed for 10 years.
Safety was enhanced with a motorized roller shutter and a user badge access system, limiting any risk of unauthorized entry. The station is also equipped with an overfill prevention probe, ensuring safe use and regulatory compliance.
For operational monitoring, the station integrates an intelligent control system (by Telenaro) via wall-mounted and external controllers, enabling fuel flow management and real-time stock monitoring.
Access management, stock tracking, fuel distribution, and flow traceability are consolidated through the Sphere Enerdrive platform, where each station, vehicle, and transaction is centralized.
