The EUROBOX above-ground mobile railway service station model we offer, features a dual-product distribution capacity. It can supply both GNR (Non-Road Diesel) with a capacity of 40,000 liters and AdBlue in a quantity of 5,000 liters. Since AdBlue is sensitive to temperature variations, its tank has been insulated within a second container called BLUEBOX to ensure better thermal protection.
Custom-designed by Blocalps’ Design Office, the EUROBOX station is equipped with a fuel management system that allows for precise fuel withdrawal monitoring and efficient operation management.
This containerized service station is equipped with 2 reels, one of which is 15 meters long, facilitating locomotive refueling regardless of the locomotive’s position when approaching the station. Notably, the station’s flow performance is impressive—the EUROBOX station offers a flow rate of 120L/minute for quick refueling.
Finally, the container service station includes a manhole maintenance hatch, which is swiveling and lockable with anti-burglary security.
A crucial aspect of this mobile service station is its ability to operate in remote areas. In such environments, security is paramount. This is why the EUROBOX station is designed to be fully enclosed and protected against intrusions. Its pre-lacquered galvanized steel casing provides maximum protection for internal equipment, such as the tank and the dispenser.
